Wintercircus, Ghent

Participants are welcome to join the Get-Together event at the iconic Wintercircus, a unique venue that perfectly blends history with a vibrant, modern atmosphere. Guests will experience a slightly circus-inspired setting, with typical local food and some traditional fairground games – nostalgic activities that bring people together and spark conversation. It’s the perfect mix of entertainment, networking, and authentic Ghent charm.

Admission

Participants are welcome to join this informal networking event. They will be asked to show their badge at the entrance. Participants may come in casual attire. Signing up for this networking event can be done during the registration process.

Getting There

Participants can choose their preferred mode of transport.  The Wintercircus is located 8 minutes walk from Vlerick Business School and most hotels in the neighbourhood.
