Welcome Reception
The conference begins on Wednesday, August 19, with the Welcome Reception from 18:30 at the Handelsbeurs.
Program
You can access the full conference program through our online program interface or via the official conference app, EFA 2026.
Session Timing
Each paper is allocated 17 minutes for the presentation, 10 minutes for the discussant, and 3 minutes for Q&A. Our student volunteers can help you upload your files to the laptop before the session begins.

Registration onsite
Online registration for the EFA 2026 Annual Meeting is now closed. Onsite registration will be available at the registration desk. Different registration fees apply to onsite registration.
To help make your check-in as quick and smooth as possible, we kindly encourage you to become an EFA member before arriving in Ghent.
