From Brussels Airport (Zaventem)
The train station is located inside the airport on level -1.
- Direct train: 55 – 65 minutes
- One-change connection: 60-90 minutes

Getting to Vlerick Business School from the train station
Public transport
In front of the Ghent-Sint-Pieters station there is a tram platform. There are several lines direction Vlerick Business School.
- Tram direction Evergem/ Flanders Expo with stops Korenmarkt, Gravensteen or Sint-Michielsbrug
- Tram direction Zwijnaarde / Muide with stop Korenmarkt, Gravensteen or Sint-Michielsbrug
From there it will be a 5-10 minute-walk to congress venue.

Taxi
There is a taxi zone close to the Ghent-Sint-Pieters station. Book an Uber or contact one of the taxi drivers.

By car
- E40 highway Brussels – Ghent: 45 minutes
- E17 highway Antwerp – Ghent: 50 – 60 minutes
- Amsterdam – Ghent: 2.5–3h
- Paris – Ghent: 3–3.5h
- London – Ghent: 4.5-6h (including Eurotunnel or ferry + driving)
- Berlin – Ghent: 7–9h
Please note that the city center is largely pedestrian-only. Driving is flexible but less convenient in the city center due to traffic restrictions.
In Ghent there is a strict Low Emission Zone (LEZ), so the type of car you drive matters a lot if you want to enter the city center. Find more information here.
